
Lainie Lowery, President, RCL
Widely known for her entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, project management and a strong commitment to quality and great customer service, Lainie Lowery founded RCL Consulting Services of Florida, Inc. (RCL) as a minority-owned corporation more than 17 years ago. Her many years of experience working at state organizations, coupled with her vast knowledge of local and state government funding programs has provided Lainie with specific insight on how to maneuver application processes. Additionally, she understands how to stack multiple opportunities to obtain the most optimal funding possible for her clients.

Currently a licensed real estate professional, she also was a licensed mortgage broker - both designations she earned not to be able to sell homes and write mortgages, but to answer the many questions asked by her clients. Additionally, Lainie is a certified homebuyer education counselor and holds numerous certificates in homeownership through the Florida Housing Coalition, Tallahassee, FL, and NeighborWorks -- Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, Washington, DC, all obtained to help make the process easier for her clients.

She attended both Tallahassee Community College and Florida State University, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Florida.
