The following program(s) is currently accepting applications:
Florida Housing Finance Corporation (Florida Housing) opened a new round of funding for its Homeownership Pool (HOP) Program on July 2, 2019. The HOP Program can provide up to $35,000 to qualifying buyers to assist with down payment and closing cost.
While the builders primarily retain the services of RCL, we ultimately work with each homebuyer to qualify for HOP funds to assist with down payment assistance and closing costs.

"We just wanted to let [Lainie] know how much we have appreciated all of [her] help and guidance. It was a pleasure to work with [her]. We know that we couldn't have gotten here without [her]!"
--Raymond & Megan
"Thank you so much for being thorough and thank for your diligence. The HOP Program seems to be an amazing program; WOW! Thank you for helping make it work in our community!"
--Julie & Family
Administered by Florida Housing, the HOP program is designed to be a non-competitive and ongoing program that enrolled and approved affordable housing developers can use to reserve funding for eligible prospective home buyers. The program has an online reservation system and, once approved, provides purchase assistance to the developer for the home buyer. These funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
